The Sunset

On pages 226 -227 Jack catches up with Winnie Richards near a hill during a sunset. Jack is relieved to meet up with Winnie Richards because he has questions with regards to Dylar. However, much to Jack's dismay Winnie Richards cannot provide the answers Jack is looking for and thus he is disappointed. Winnie Richards then discusses the sunset. Jack does not seem to enjoy or appreciate the same view of the sunset. My question to the group is why does Jack have a different view on the sunset? What external pressures and scripts influence his view? Does this seen relate to the seen with the most photographed farm?
